The ocean view from my room really hit the spot. Having a fridge helped keep drinks cold. The beach access was easy, just a short walk away. The pool area was nice but got crowded during the weekends. Room cleanliness was decent, but the beds felt too hard for my liking. I noticed a lack of blankets on the beds, which was strange. The dining options weren’t great—the breakfast was almost nonexistent with just some toast and coffee. Wifi was spotty, so it was tough to stay connected. The staff were friendly but not always quick to respond. One morning, the pool area was packed with kids, making it hard to relax. I also had some issues with noise, especially during late nights. Overall, while the location was fantastic for hitting the beach and nearby restaurants, some tweaks on comfort and services would go a long way.

I enjoyed a fantastic 6-night stay in a Double Room with Ocean View. The hotel's location right on the beach allowed for stunning sunset views every evening, and I loved the quick access to the Malecon and various restaurants nearby. The pool area was pristine, providing a great spot for relaxation after a day of exploring. The breakfast options were delicious and reasonably priced, with a lovely selection to start the day. Although the wi-fi connection could be improved, the charm of this authentic Mexican hotel and the friendly staff made my stay unforgettable.

The sound carries throughout the hotel, with doors slamming and corridors bustling, so don't expect tranquility. Basic maintenance is lacking, with issues like a malfunctioning toilet flusher and broken pool lounge chairs that need attention. Additionally, the breakfast selection feels dated, with preferences leaning heavily on local tastes which might not satisfy everyone.

The hotel’s location is perfect for walking the malecón at night, and we loved that we could enjoy the beach with our little dog. We found it great to have easy access to the shops and restaurants around, making our stay fun and convenient.

My kids wished for quieter nights. The hotel can get very noisy with all the children around the pool. Maybe enhancing soundproofing in the rooms would help families wanting a peaceful experience.
